Cancellation and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to the relevant article of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502;

1. For services that must be performed on a specific date
2. There is no right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

Cancellation and Changes: Changes to or cancellations of exam dates are evaluated in accordance with the rules established by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation. Competent Court Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement, and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
